About Me

Having grown Farnell Clarke at a rate of 38% year-on-year, I’ve seen and learned the good, the bad, the ugly and the horrifying of scaling an accounting firm. Everything from processes, efficiencies, customer experience and more – I’ve seen the bumps, found the pitfalls, but in doing so I’ve gained some amazing insight.

I’ve faced the challenges you’re facing, and now I’m keen to share my lessons learnt and I want to use my unique insight to help you drive your firm forward, whether you’re a sole practitioner or a top-100 firm.
